Yes, all speedboats and ferries are equipped with a covered roof for protection against the sun and rain. However, on speedboats, you may still experience some splashes or sprays of water during the ride, especially in choppy sea conditions.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund. Yes, you can change the date of your booked transfer, subject to availability. For ferry transfers, tickets are open-dated, allowing flexibility as long as you respect the departure time. For speedboat transfers, due to their limited seating capacity, changes are more restrictive and strictly dependent on availability.
Please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled transfer to request a date change. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date. If you need to change the date within 72 hours of the transfer, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability, but it may not always be possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the notice period and the circumstances of the change.
